Lochana (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates lochana.in and provides website design, SEO, AI marketing, data analytics, AI chatbot, and workflow automation services in India.

When you submit an enquiry or demo request form on our website, we collect the details you voluntarily provide: your full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name (optional), service of interest, budget range (optional), and message. To prevent automated spam, we also process a privacy-preserving cryptographic hash of your network IP address for rate-limiting.
3. How we use your information
We use your information strictly to review your enquiry, reply to you via email, phone, or WhatsApp, prepare your requested audit or proposal, and protect our forms from abuse. We never sell or rent your contact details to third parties.
4. Data storage & security
Enquiry submissions are stored in an access-restricted cloud database protected by Row Level Security (RLS) and transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Only authorized Lochana team members handling client enquiries have access.
5. Your rights (DPDP Act, India)
In accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal enquiry details—or withdraw consent—at any time by emailing hello@lochana.in.
